When sending coins or tokens to your GameStop Wallet, always keep in mind which network, layer, or blockchain you are using to make your transaction.
Your GameStop Wallet can send and receive tokens on the following blockchains, layers, and/or networks:
- Ethereum Blockchain's Main Network. Also known as Ethereum Layer 1, or Ethereum Mainnet.
- Loopring Layer 2. As an Ethereum Layer 2 Rollup, coins and tokens can be moved between Loopring Layer 2 and Ethereum Layer 1.
- Goerli Testnet. A testing ground for Ethereum development to take place, where creators and software engineers can deploy smart contracts and test their decentralized applications without transacting on the Ethereum Mainnet.
If you use a network outside of this list then your transaction may fail or become lost. If it becomes lost then there's a possibility it will be irretrievable, or require the use of another wallet to retrieve. If you have lost a transaction in this way, file a support ticket with the details including your wallet address and a link to the transaction on block explorer, and our support team will help troubleshoot if it is possible to retrieve the transaction.
