When you withdraw from crypto.com, the default network is the Cronos network. The GameStop Wallet does not yet support custom networks like the Cronos network, but you can configure crypto.com to send using the ERC20 network, or Ethereum mainnet.
How to configure crypto.com to use the Ethereum mainnet
In the withdraw options, you should see the option under Wallet Address Details > Select Network. You can switch from Cronos to ERC20. Now you can send to your GameStop Wallet address on Ethereum Layer 1.
How to access funds already sent to your GameStop Wallet address on the Cronos network
If you accidentally sent funds to a GameStop Wallet using the Cronos network, follow these steps:
- Export your Secret Phrase from your GameStop Wallet from the settings menu.
- Install Metamask
- Import your GameStop Wallet Secret Phrase into Metamask
- Follow this guide to add the Cronos network to Metamask
- Send your tokens back to your crypto.com address and try sending the coins back out to your GameStop Wallet address again, this time selecting the ERC20 network instead of Cronos (see the guide above "How to configure crypto.com to use the Ethereum mainnet")
