If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, the first thing you should do is transfer any remaining funds and NFTs you may have left, from every account in your compromised Wallet to a new Wallet with a new Secret Phrase. Learn more about how to do that in this guide.
Once you have secured any remaining assets in a safe new wallet with a new Secret Phrase, please report the issue to Customer Service Blockchain Support. You will be requested to provide your name, address, email address, wallet address, and narrative around what occurred.
Fraud associated with the funding providers (RAMP, WYRE) should be reported to those companies as GameStop does not collect information on these transactions to reference. You can contact these providers by email:
